In Skohh's last thread I bought this service twice. I targeted two keywords with one order. The keywords targeted have about 20K and 7K search volumes. With one term, I went from no where to #2 and the other term was pushed to #2 from position #8! These SERPs stuck for the past two months. On my second order I targeted a two word term, which was pushed from no where to #2 right below the brand. The keyword has about a 20K volume. Amazingly, the one word term contained in the two word term shot to #2 as well!! This term has a 125K volume 
The above terms has about a 40-50 SERP IQ difficulty rating.
Overall, I am very impressed with the results that Skohh delivers and the guy bends over backwards to satisfy his customers.
This service is without a doubt the most effective SEO service I have used on these forums (SGW didn't really work for me :-( bad luck maybe). If you have a page that converts, you will make money with this package.
You do have to be comfortable with backlinks in super spun content. The stuff reads fine enough, but it is still spun. If you aren't just target a 301 as mentioned above.

I seriously have to say that what is also important for people to remember is to keep the site looking active and resourceful for people that visit. Bambu you've done a great job with your onpage stuff too, even the social aspects on the site itself, (not backlinks). Links alone can only take you so far, especially today. Very excited to see the site holding so well through all of the Google changes.

Backstory: This site ranked #1 for a long time before Penguin struck. It DID NOT get penguinized, but they did seem to overvalue domain age and authority, which moved me back to #33. The front page is full of pages that have maybe 10 backlinks, but the domains are all Gov's and Edu's with 200k backlinks to the domain and are all 10-15 years old.
This site is a 4400 exact term, and when it's sitting at #1, it's an easy $100 a day. Nothing to sneeze at.
Despite all of my previous attempts at slinging links at this, it just wasn't budging.
Skohh graciously let me get in on a review, and he fired that beast off. I got all ancy in my pantsies waiting for it to kick in. About 5-7 days later, I moved from #33 to #18. Then #16. And now #14. And I'm anticipating possibly popping in on the front page.
This site is about 2 years old, competing with domains that are 15 years old and Gov and Edu. Which is to say, that Skohh's package will likely rank almost anything else. It will definitely probably overkill any micro-niche sites. So you could order and split it up between 3 or 4 or 5 of them and probably be very happy two weeks later.
Worth $250? Without a doubt. Got an authority site, but don't want to over juice the homepage? Send him all of the inner pages. Got 10 micro-sites? Send them all in. Wanna rank for Viagra or Payday Loans? Go for it.
Me Rikey, and me will order again for other sites very soon.

I've even tried blasting these links to my LTW web 2.0s instead of directly to the site and to be honest, these links are more powerful when pointed directly to the site! Of course it might be safer when pointed at buffer properties, but as I said I haven't seen any adverse effects from going directly to the site!
