a quick tip from a WF no0b - if you have a local college you'd be AMAZED how many male photography students will shoot adult material for a) to be there and watch, b) to get experience (especially if you'd allow them to use watermarked (heavily) photos for non-commercial purposes later for their uses getting a job), and c) again to watch.
Often they'll roll in with $10k worth of gear and impressive skill and expect lunch and nothing else from you. I'd start looking there asap, the quality difference would be huge. Also you may be able to convince them to post-process ("photoshop") the pics making it into galleries for a small % of the residuals or flat $100/week or something silly.
