Probably alot...I don't photoshop other peoples photos (except for fun and example like above), I only photoshop my own work.
If I did, I would probably charge alot.
I know there are people out there who offer PS services though, but not sure the quality of the work they do.

If you get a good photographer and a good makeup artist though, you don't really need much PS work.
Send her to Florida and hire me!!!! ;)

Haha I always laugh when people rate their camera's based off zoom. Zoom means nothing, especially because its prolly digital zoom, it's all about the CCD's and the format, i.e. 1 CCD cameras are consumer models, 3 CCD's are much higher quality and HD format > Mini DV format.

fuck the professional photographer. all of those other "amateur" sites are not done with a pro.... but you must learn photoshop to touch up the images + a nicer camera. You can take a 6 MP camera and bring it down to a reasonable size (1400px wide or something) Then that allows you to work on the cropping and shit too to make the pics look more pro
 
Have you looked on one of the sites like elance, etc. to see if you can find someone that will do this in bulk cheap? No sense in you spending your time doing it. You are the business manager.
 
Have you promoted anything in adult before? No offence, but this wouldn't be the best way to start.

Verotel is fine for billing if you don't want to have affiliates. If you do, you'll need either:

1) CCBill (best option)
2) Affiliate software (NATS, MPA3) and cut your own checks

With CCBill you need either a US company with a US citizen or an EU company. NATS starts I believe at $150 a month, plus you need to setup at least one biller at your cost, plus you need to print and mail checks to affiliates at your cost. You need high bandwidth hosting, promo material made, and most important of all a reason why adult affiliates would promote this site vs the 5000 other ones just like it.

I hope you haven't promised this girl the world and that it will all be easy money, because when she realizes it isn't, my guess is she will bail. And no contract in the world will prevent that.

Again not to be harsh, but this is one of if not the most competitive fields online, and you better be ready before you sink all this time and money into it.

You need either a better camera, better lighting, photoshop skills, bow-hunting skills, or all of the above. Srsly, look at how insanely high-def some of the adult photos out there are these days. That's what you're competing with. And while she's hot, she's not so hot that you can ignore something like photo quality.

The sheer dimensions on those are so high though that you could probably get away with increasing the DPI so they're still crystal clear, but can't be zoomed in to the level where imperfections are obvious.
 
To make money in adult, u need to do the niches.
Also you need affiliates. You have to payout to them at least 50% with resigns.

Mainstream adult converts shitty at like 1:2000+.
Money is in niches which can convert as easy as 1:600.

Quality of photo, what the chick looks like etc does not really matter.
When i was doing adult i was selling what i thought was shit traffic for 0.02 to a blind.
Then by some miracle i found a niche that matched the traffic it converted at like 1:500.

For smaller sites for billing heard that CCBILL is the best.
 
She looks good. You need to do something on the lighting though.. I would just put to good use what you already have.. There are a ton of solo girl sites out there with so-so photography that earn a fortune.. Just play with photoshop and you shouldn't need to upgrade your camera right off..

If anything you just need to make her shots look more appealing.. Sexy gestures, erotic poses, etc.. I wouldn't go for pussy shots just yet.. If you do just keep them on file. Just give the best tease pics you possibly can think of then go from there. That what's they will be paying for though through affiliates right?

Seconded. Since promoting adult is a whole different beast from mainstream stuff, I'd reccomend you have a badass aff program. Get lots of LPs to choose from, tours, etc. high payouts. Allow BH traffic(market to em if you can). Your overhead is low to start so long as you can stomach the bandwidth(FDC has unmetered servers I think) so you can afford it.

Beyond that, flood megarotic, redtube, youporn, pornotube, and hardsextube with your vids and such. some of the more softcore stuff could even go on youtube. just be prepared to make/remake a lot of accounts if you watermark it.

If you wanted to, you could actually take a full video, high quality, and drop it on the torrent sites. Encode in different formats, and upload it multiple times with different titles/accounts. Seed the fuck out of em.
 
I have no problem paying good money if people bring me subscribers. As for how the gets there.. I could care less. Good idea about all the porn tube sites, I will definitely be doing that.

ok I didn't really want to get involved with this thread because I haven't been involved with adult for a number of years now and this reply is going to take a shit ton of time to write. Don't get offended by what I say, I'm pretty blunt and keep in mind its constructive criticism, you asked, I'm telling.

First off, you are jumping the gun, you don't even know what niche you want your site to be in and you are already shooting content? Doesn't make much sense. Come up with an idea for your site first and then start planning the content.

As far as niches go I would advise you go for the amateur solo girl style, you are not a professional photographer, you don't have the equipment, and you don't know anything about lighting. Your best bet would be to buy a new camera and purchase an hd video camera as well. Take some classes, read some books, buy some lighting and market your content as amateur.

As far as content goes you are going to have to shoot videos. Your site just won't be able to compete without any decent videos on it.

You are also going to have to talk to your girl and figure out what she is willing to do. b/g, g/g, solo stripteases, solo masturbation, dildos, ect. If you are thinking that she can just pose naked in front of a camera and the money will roll in your are going to be sadly mistaken.

Now once all of this is done you can start shooting content. I'd recommend shooting as much content as you can, shoot two years worth if you can. The idea is to have enough content to run the website if your model takes off, girls can be flakey, it happens all the time.

Now start creating your site. I see a lot of people giving you suggestions on launching your affiliate program but I've always felt that you shouldn't launch one right away. If you are any good at marketing you should be able to do half decent for yourself before getting affiliates in on the action. This also gives you a sort of "beta" phase where you can fine tune your site and make changes if need be. I'd wait about three to six months before launching an affiliate program.

When launching a new site in adult you should always check out your competition. Make a list of solo girl websites that will be your direct competition and join their sites. See how the big boys run a solo girl site. See what works for them and what doesn't.

Creating an adult sites takes a lot of time and a lot of money, most people don't see a return on their investment for long time which is something you are going to have to keep in mind.

If I was in your shoes I would seriously consider not trying to produce a solo girl site. There are hundreds of them already and the big dogs in the industry have more money and time to sink into their sites then you ever will. Maybe consider just producing content and selling it to site owners. Content producers can make boat loads of cash and don't deal with any of the problems site owners do.
