Just received my report back on the mega started pack. I had actually forgot about this order as it was placed on June 11th so a month had gone by. Everything does look good with a slight over delivery, but this is well outside the 5 to 10 day Guarantee, and the OP did not offer us anything for being so late.

Work looks good, Guarantee about being late, useless.

Sorry for delay in sending report, as said in PM, work was done before, but report was sent by delay. due to heavy number of orders some time it happens that report was sent by delay. always any client ping me on skype if their work report was not sent in time. we will check the order status and reply back to you in max 12 hours.

About refund, if we not able to do the work partial payment is done according to how much work is pending.

How are these social signals generated?

Google is smart enough to figure out if the signals are from fake, inactive or little used accounts.
 
Placed an order for mega elite pack & some youtube views & likes. Seller was gd to gimme a discount on the items. I was also able to request a drip schedule which is really good. Looking forward to seeing the results soon from him and post my review.
