Yes that's possible, although it won't help too much if you want to use the bookmarks on 1000 backlinks. I would rather do the bookmarks only on 100 links for example, so you could see more power.
If you do it on 1000, it will probably help mostly with indexing.

Just placed another Standard Package order for a site that has been G slapped out of the rankings for all of my keywords and posts for couple months now. Probably due to building to many links too fast on a new site. I optimized the TLD for different keywords than I originally had, which have a much higher search volume but are much more competitive.
Just curious how these bookmarks will effect this site. Maybe should have opted for the Advanced Package... We'll see what happens.

He did a good job submitting my site to his network of bookmarking accounts. The submissions took a bit longer than expected, but he did a great job of explaining why it took longer (since I had a bit of duplication going on with other bookmarks). All in all he did a great job and I look forward to seeing my improvements in rankings for the three keywords I had him target.
I'll do another quick write up in about a week in relation to my rankings!
