Right now I'm working on v2 of my social bookmarking service, which will be launched in a few hours (maximum 24 hours).
The complete redesign of the website

Yes if you order 2 packages you get 10% off both packages.
No drip feed option and I don't plan dripfeeding soon.
I bookmarked a brand new website very hard (3 2000+ packages, 1 for homepage and 2 2000+ packages for 2 other URLs and there wasn't any penalty, so I don't think there will be any for you.
And yes you can hold off for a week before processing, just please remind me that you already payed for the bookmarking (with transaction ID).
