I was hired as a marketing manager for Myworldphone.com the company is about 13 years old and they need me to increase their visibility and increase their web page rank on major search engines. I really need suggestions from all of you as which path i should go. After nine months of being unemployed, i finally landed this job so kindly give me your honest opinion. The company has budget of about $500 a month for high quality back links from at lest pr4+ sites, and also they want permanent and relevant page links. I see here many big brothers are seem to be expert and from many seo company's, kindly guide me to the right path. The company sells mainly gsm Unlocked cell phones and also many other electronics. Your honest opinion is needed, i am a father with three children and really need to keep this job. I am also doing their adwords and bing ad right now. Thanks.

Just providing a bit more detail about my review since there was a question about how difficult the keyword was. My keyword when searched has 1.8 Billion results, yes "billion". Thanks to Ewandy's premiere service I am now ranked #3 and it looks like the ranking will stick. "Unreal". Difficulty of keyword.. mid level competition.. it's not among the hardest keywords I've tried to get ranked but it's certainly not a cake walk either. Hope that helps some of you out that may be on the fence about it and clarifies the questions the questions received.
