Nofollow around 40-50%, can't tell an exact number, as I add/remove sites almost everyday.
I don't think it's very important, the results are more important than the number of nofollow sites.

Holy crap. First off, my report was received FAST. I asked for a MAXIMUM amount of bookmarks and paid a bit extra - I got a touch over 3000.
Now for the fun stuff - I started at #22 and am now at #8. This is within what, 2 days?
8100 Global Exacts, 6600 in the US. A pretty good buying keyword with 3x as many long tails.
Full Disclosure - this URL was #2 before Panda. It then got slapped to all hell, even after the rest of the site recovered. I wrote 8000 words of kick ass content. I fully expect to rank well here.
This is damned impressive. I don't think Google will mind such a fast bomb because the bounce rate is VERY low on this URL.

But in my opinion, I've felt social bookmarks always had a positive gain on my ranks. I'm sure some of this boost was because of him. Here is the before and after:
