Price: 5/5 - I received 100 PR1+ social bookmarks for under $20. Can't beat it.
Quality: 4/5 - Everything was delivered as promised. I just wish there were a few more links over PR2. Again, I can't complain. What I received was worth way more than what I paid.

Amit was PAINSTAKINGLY responsive, patient, and customer oriented with my order.
There were problems getting one of the pages bookmarked correctly, and he went way beyond the call of customer service to get the job completed.
Best customer service i've encountered so far in a long time. (if only because of the difficulties involved)
Highly recommended on that alone.
