Hi everyone,
I have been extremely fucking busy the last couple days and haven't made any progress on the fucker.
I will be writing up and email AND calling in to follow up the email (since it's easier to explain everything in email as I've written all the series of events and everything down in a DOC file) to a the local San Diego news stations.
I can forward you the email and details if you want to also call in to some local news stations.. OR if anyone has any ideas do NOT hesitate to post them here OR do it yourself (run it by me first if you can) I think this story could make news in more than just San Diego...

Fucking with your SSN may just be breaking federal laws, Call the US attorney's office and the FBI.
Forget the dealer, thats probably where he learned this shit. Go straight to Ford. Tell them this dickwad was making threats with your personal information and if this is how Ford operates you're going to tell everyone you know ... they just lost $5.9billion this quarter. Anytime I've ever had trouble with a dealership I go straight to the manufacturer and it gets handled quick. You go to ford and Gary will not have a job anymore.

Feel free to also report into them how outraged you are about Gary Thiemm from Kearny Pearson Ford and that it is in regards to my complaint (from Ryan Pennington).

I called up Kearny Pearson Ford. Ask to speak with someone to file a complaint on this guy. Get redirected to an operator who directs my call immediately to Gary (I think) who hangs up on me immediately.
Got it recorded, listen in.. When you submit your reports to Ford HQ remember to let them know that Kearny Pearson Ford is unhelpful (800-981-9334 for Kearny Pearson Ford).

@sgtryan: You should run your credit report and print out the copies (do 3 bureau report at annualcreditreport.com). Look for inquiries listed as Pearson Ford. If they do exist, and with the audio evidence you currently have, you'll be Gary's new boss.

I called Ford too. Explained that my family purchased 3 Ford's in the last 4 years (and I have) and that if this is how they treat new potential customers my next purchase will be a Toyota.

i would like to thank ryan pennington for not only affecting my dad but because of him lieing my dad lost his job...what is what he wants so whatever but the thing the sucks for my mom is that we lost are health insurance right before she was going to have her brain surgery to remove her brain tumor...so im probally gonna lose my mom, but since this is the internet your all probally gonna say you dont give a shit and i deserve it but for thoses who really care please stop for at least a few weeks so my dad can maby get his job back long enough for my mom to be covered otherwise we can afford to do it and i really dont want to lose her because some kid was bored and twisted what was said...i was right there when my dad called him...so its really up to you who to belive but thats what happened...my question is if he really did have this message left on his phone why didnt he go straight to a lawer and sue my dad for everything? thanks for you time, please for my mom...
