And to answer your question, no country will offer you asylum for outing a mistreatment at a drug rehab. When those "foreigners" get out, they themselves can file complaints with their respective embassies.

For me to go out on a limb is a risk, and fuck if I am going to risk my well being without a good enough incentive (hence my question about trading for residency). #2 What if I started my own ("humane") rehab and populated it with foreigners? There is good money in that shit. They are doing it very well in Thailand. There definitely is a market but no professional execution yet.

Assuming this isn't a troll thread, OP, you shouldn't be drinking if it was that and the smack that put you in there in the first place. Your brain needs time, sober, in order to heal & adjust reward pathways etc. Some people would even go as far as to say you should never drink/touch drugs again. Admittedly, easier said than done perhaps, especially given what you've just been through..

If you have the money for private treatment in the first place; what are other psychiatric/mental health institutions like in your country? My suggestion would be to try and deal with the root of your abuse issues (e.g. Depression, now probably PTSD etc.)
