Fuck that. I just quit oxycontin cold turkey a week ago after taking it daily for more than a year (had prescription).
And honestly the withdrawals suck and last much longer than I expected, but I still haven't had cravings for it the way I do for tobacco (Also stopped smoking last weekend at same time).

Any more than 2-3 layers is likely too much for the roof. Depending on area of country $1200 isn't a lot. It's pretty tough labor. Also, since you're going down to the base, you may want to consider a ridge vent for attic cooling, again depending on where you are.
Where that came from, I have no idea. But, when looking at re-roofing, more than 2-3 layers is likely too much for the roof. If there are two layers, you are better off stripping it down and applying one good layer.

I was drunk when I posted this thread lol. I have two questions. I know several foreigners are still in there. Is it even remotely possible that if I out that to their embassies, I can get myself permanently into a western country?
#2 What if I started my own ("humane") rehab and populated it with foreigners? There is good money in that shit. They are doing it very well in Thailand. There definitely is a market but no professional execution yet.

And to answer your question, no country will offer you asylum for outing a mistreatment at a drug rehab. When those "foreigners" get out, they themselves can file complaints with their respective embassies.
