As I said before, there aren't any facts other than his profile in the sex offender registry. It states what his was convicted of, but not the actual facts. I'm pretty sure the case has been sealed.

Part of Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 specifically says that it does not apply to private clubs.

If you want to be a softy about it and let the sick fuck get away with it for a little longer you could update your membership conditions to include something like "If any member has been found guilty of an indeitable offence whether it be state, federal or otherwise. Mysite.com and its officials reserve the right to terminate the persons access to the site without prejiduce. Mysite.com and its officials also takes no liability, compensation from such actions."

another clause could be "Mysite.com and its officials reserve the right to terminate an account without notice and/or reason as it sees fit. If such action takes place it is at mysite.com and its officials discression. We accept no liability or responsibility for such actions."

Otherwise tell the sick fuck to piss off.

Just put "IM A CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER" in his sig permanently. that way it will warn others.
 
Save a kid, get his IP and let them know what the convicted perv is doing. If it does have anything to do with children, like you say, they will be all over his ass.

Convicts lose many of the rights you and I cherish, as it should be.
