After some arguing the guy said he will refund me 100%.
I even decided to give him some credit and only asked for 50% refund.
It was a few days back and I never heard from the guy again.
I'm filing a complain to Paypal

Just wanted to say I'm still receiving about 50~100 confirmation emails a day. Some sites would only accept from deep links, others required reciprocal links, some required payment and some were to directories that my site would never be accepted (dating directories etc.)
However the acceptance rate is over 50% and most of the directories seem to be working fine with my site being listed in them. For the price I paid and the # of links, it's not a bad service.
 
Job well done. Report received. The only problem is that we do not get email confirmations from each directory like other providers on this forum do. I suppose the OP is using his own email address. I would prefer receiving the confirmations on my own email to make sure the job was really done accordingly. Thanks anyways.
