Sleep masks or blackout curtains?

Best Blackout curtains.

I'm sure I'm not the only one here that hates light coming in to their room when they are sleeping. For about the last year or so I have been using sleep masks. They always tend to leak eventually, usually around the nose, and the straps wear out.

So I guess I have two options, keep replacing crapy sleep masks, or get blackout curtains. If anyone has any success on this front I'd love to hear how you do it.

Blackout curtains are a definite plus. You won't have to wear a sleep mask any more, I personally have never used one, so just go with blackout curtains.Personally,I use Best Blackout Curtain Reviews - Perfect Choice in 2017 | Hovement.com black out curtains and I love them I highly recommend them. They keep the heat out and the sunlight at bay. Importantly, they don't fade.I've been using them for years now and I can't site any complain.

Black out curtains for sure. I don't want to try falling asleep with something on my face. However, my husband has worked many different shifts so sometimes keeping the room dark is an issue. Blackout curtains tacked on the sides work great!

IMO black curtains are better than sleep masks as they are comfortable when we sleep.By using black curtains we can get enough air to sleep which is also important and feel free.

Blackout curtains, masks for me are very uncomfortable.
But the curtains only when I want to sleep in, if I need to wake up early, I let the light come in.

I used to sleep with lights on , just trying to change ways with lights off or probably with masks on .

Also having same problem but haven't tried both. I'm planning to buy sleep masks but I guess I rather invest in blackout curtains than keep on buying sleep masks.

Sleep masks can be Ok when you have to do some travelling. Blackout curtains aren´t bad but for me blinds work like a charm.

According to the current severe coronavirus spreading situation, you need at least a box of n95 for you and your family. now I have some factory resources to get the n95 masks....contact me.

I personally tried sleep masks when I was boarding for my internship. I bought one of those cheap ones that has a pocket for a cold compress that you would put in the fridge to cool your eyes. It personally didn't work for me, I slept worse than I would have without it. Blackout curtains work better.
