I'm one of the guys who's already bought this service. I hit a pretty competitive keyword, with over 300k exacts/month. I was sitting on page 5 and then hit it w/ the package. My kw is now #15 on G and still climbing.

No, you can't because nobody really trusts a brand new account with no history. If that were the case, anyone could just create their own accounts and give himself great reviews. But the point of reviews is that old, established members give their blessing.

Plus, terrible spelling does not help.
