I have the same question. I've been wanting to order this service for a while, but the latest comments seem to be pretty negative about turnaround. I don't mind waiting. I just don't like being given an overly optimistic time frame and then have a project that is weeks overdue.
 


The Old Orders are getting done day by day....
Everything fine now....So We believe in completing the new orders before the time frame mentioned in thread. 7 to 15 Days.

Update? Please don't ignore this.

Also, you need to hire a team man. You've obviously got a great product but you're killing your business trying to do this by yourself. It's not scalable.
 
Want some details on the current turnaround times. Interested in ordering. If you took on too much, be honest and I will order later.
 
I've now been waiting 23 days. A "2-3 day delay" has now turned into 8 days, with no communication. Not very happy about this - please finish my order as soon as possible, or I will be asking for a refund.

Maybe you should stop taking new orders until you complete all your back-orders. Or hire a team to help you carry this load.

I have no doubt that your service is good but your customer relations could use some improving!
