i have heard you do great stuff. i don't really need any of my current domains nuked, but if i took a review and just let you get creative would you be alright with that? i mean take whatever you feel like that has a high potential revenue score based solely on adsense that you have on hand and nuke it. i am curious to see what you come up with.
 
Review:

Speed: 5 out of 5. Once we got the category figured out I had the report in my inbox in 39 minutes. Super fast for the length of the report that was received.

Communication: 5 out of 5. Quick PMs. I was purposely vague just to see what kind of gold he could dig up so if anybody was lacking in communication that would be me. :tongue2:

Price: 4.9 out of 5. Great price. It is pretty easy to see once you have the list that you will be able to make your money back several times over from these gems.

Quality: 4.7 out of 5. I found some really great keywords. There were some general filler ones though, but just through skimming it i found mid competition one that i did a one hyphen match .com for that is giving me a boner as we speak because it has a huge payout. There were also good actual EMDs in their too, but I am starting at the highest search volume and working my way down. Report was well organized as it already told me whether .com or .net was available Exact global and U.S. local searches as well as CPC.

Overall Review: 4.9 out of 5. This guy knows what he is doing! I have heard great things about the OP, but wow! I am going to be busy for a long time trying to build an empire with what he gave me.

There are people who know which sites to build, and people who don't. Nobody starts out knowing. You have to suffer through the mistakes. For those who do, it's about being as efficient as possible with your growth. This guy's ability will save you MAD time.

Value: TBD

Here's where it gets fishy. I think for this to be of value, the individual coming to secretagentdad would need to already know how to create a site that will make money pretty quickly. If you have a site and you've spent 2k or 400 hours, and it makes $3 a day, this may not be your fix. If you have a pretty decent idea as to how to turn $250 into $5 a day within 60 days, then PM secretagentdad and expedite the process.

I wouldn't know how to quantify the time saved by receiving a report like this. HOURS for me!!!!

Custom built in house rig. -Dealing with the scaleing + constant google updates is not something you can do with a bunch of vworker coders and some cruddy php scrapers.

There is no software that does this kinda stuff, except on a really small scale.

Its like comparing someone digging with a hand shovel, to construction company with a bunch of excavators. (where excavators = servers)
