So after 2.5 weeks, I got my final report yesterday. Everything was organized in an Excel spreadsheet letting me know how the network was built. It is clear that a lot of time was put into building up a quality network. There was absolutely no footprint across the sites.
I launched my SERP tracker last night to see where my site was ranking and the keywords haven't really moved much in the last week. I fire it up again this morning and to my plesant surprise, I went from about #10-11 to #1-2. These are pretty competitive local keywords (CPC is around $10-15).

Communication: 4.5 out of 5. No lack of communication. I wanted one link per post, but ended up getting two instead. I got results from this package so I didn't take off too much.
Price: 5 out of 5. I took a discounted review copy of the PRO package. The regular price is worth it considering the movement I got from this service.
Quality: 4.8 out of 5. Articles were spun well. I targeted one keyword with this service and went from #6 to #5.
Overall Review: 4.7 out of 5. Great service that is worth the money. I got the results that I expected and wanted from this service.

Customer Service - 9/10
elcamino was often available on Skype to talk to. I actually spoke to him and asked him a lot of questions before starting my project. His responses were always helpful and delivered in a timely manner.
Quality of Network - 10/10
The blogs and articles are both really very high quality indeed. Not to mention that this was one of the services that helped to bring my site to the #1 spot for my targeted keyword, so how can I give it anything other than 10?!
Miscellaneous Comments
I understand that this package is done to a very high standard so it does take a while, but still, I felt that the individual processes could have been done faster. Perhaps this is due to having a lack of qualified staff. Still, patience is a virtue and it paid off!
Whilst the backend is very cool, this is not the most important thing. Sometimes the deadlines were not met (only by a day at most), but at the end of the day it's the results that are key.
Final Comment
If you are serious about your SEO then this package is an absolute must. I'm not saying this is all you need, but I would definitely recommend it as part of your strategy. The cost is very well justified in my opinion and I would not hesitate to purchase this package again for other sites.
