SEO- Do it myself, or hire?

In my opinion, If you have time on your side then learn the concepts of SEO and do that work by yourself(Patience is required).Otherwise Hire someone from SEO Industy and get the things done.
 


Getting ranked in Google is not an easy task. Do your own research about both on page - off page , ask suggestion with the senior members from SEO forums, spend your money in the right way then you will get to see some good result.
 
My recommendation would be to do both. Don't spend a ton of money hiring out SEO, but it can be good to spend a little for some extra ink power. At the same time learning how to do it yourself, ESPECIALLY the ON page stuff, is easy to do .

I'd say learn a little about it, so you can do small stuff on your own. But I'd highly recommend to get it done by an expert if you can spare some $$, and use your time on other aspects of the business
 
If you have budget, you should hire a SEO guy do it for you. However if you don't have, I think you need to do it by yourself. Or you can outsources with a cheaper price.
 
Hire someone who has SEO knowledge, tools, ideas and experience.Doing SEO yourself can do some times more harm than good.If you are a local biz competing for a difficult terms, is the best option hiring someone.

If you do not plan to engage in SEO promotion professionally, it is better to hire professionals. You can read more here. I think that professionals will be much better able to cope with this work. I tried to understand the promotion of the site myself, but it was too difficult for me. I turned to a good company, they optimized my site, created a plan for its promotion. I got the result I expected
 
It depends on how your website performs currently as well as competition levels in your industry. If you are going into highly competitive markets it will make more sense to hire a SEO specialist - at least to get consultations and to create a step-by-step plan to boost your rankings.
 
It's hard to find a good Seo service I understand but you see you don't have options as you are having troubles learning SEO and incomplete knowledge is very harmful so it's better if you take some time to investigate looking for some SEO expert and hire him when you are fully sure that he is the one.Don't forgot to ask for 3-5 samples of his previous work
 
Of course it's better to do SEO yourself as only YOU're able to know what's better for your clients and take all the needed decisions. From the other side, SEO's not so easy as it looks due to daily updates and dozens of changes... What helped me in very similar situation is SEO checklist. It's a step-by-step plan you have to follow, and what I can say - it works! I've used SE Ranking marketing plan for that. Sure there are others so you can choose from.
 
If you have time, I would suggest to study the Basics of SEO or maybe hire an Expert that will both train and help you with your project.

Because in the long run, if you learn the basic of SEO, try to join in different SEO Organization in socia media like Facebook groups. Then you can ask them or help you to become an SEO Expert.
 
Do both! Try learning and doing easier elements and techniques yourself. If you realize that you don’t have time or don’t know how to do it properly, hire an expert that could do the job well and teach you the rest.
