Ringtones VS. Crush offers

I find Monday-Thursday's better days. Typically, on the Friday's and weekends, you have many college students ready to go out and don't have time to go through the while IQ test. They will practically jump out of their apartment at the sound of their cell phone. So try running the campaign on other days, it should at least convert a little better.
Perhaps so but I had decent conversion rates for the day right up to a couple of hours ago - just went 2k clicks without a single conversion.

And now the conversions are starting to come again. Something was definitely wrong.

If you think 2k clicks without a conversion isn't a sign of an offer or network problem it's no wonder yours isn't getting off the ground.

What I'm finding irritating about MySpace is it's not giving me impressions despite approving ads, and I've been submitting around 10 ads to facebook continuously since Friday and still no approval... ah well, hopefully this time around!

Hannah hit me up about my private miley quiz offer if you are doing any domestic FB/MS traffic. Our social guys are dominating it right now.

Thanks but I'm sticking with YEP - they've shown their dedication to service and profitability that definitely makes them the choice for crush/iq

Sorry, for some reason I read it as though you said you had a huge reduction in conversions, not no conversions. Not sure why. Then in your case, it is most probably a tracking error from the network's side. I believe the network was down yesterday or the day before, the problem may still be consisting sporadically at the moment. Even though the conversions may have started to track again, I would suggest to pause the campaign before you hear further word from the OP.

Yes, I realized that I had mis-interpreted the question in the wrong fashion.

I haven't tried IQ but I would've assumed it's more for high school kids not so much college?

Bids too low?

Bids too low?
Nope, I'm sticking my bids around the middle/high range suggested, just to make sure that's not my problem.

edit: and it doesn't seem to be the popular billing issue either, where if you change something you get no impressions... sometimes I'll get around 1-2k impressions and then it just stops.

not to sound retarded or to come off saying the wrong thing in this post but i have access to a smaller younger aged based online community. there is roughly around 80,000 members. think i should push ringtones or crush? or would someone like me to push their offer for them

Either way, highschool students would fall under the same situation.

Yeah, just wondering if college actually converts just as well though?

Depends what it is, match the ads to whatever the site is about.

Try them both out. See which one gets you a higher EPC.

Hey bud,

The advertiser was down for 2 hours on Sunday evening. That is why.

If ever my network (YEP!) is ever down for any reason whatsoever, I pay all my affiliates money to make up for any lost sales.

That's my philisophy. I take care of you fully, and I make it a priority. It is not a hidden fact anymore on WickedFire that YEP! takes care of their affils as if they were family and it will always be that way no matter how big or small my network is.

If the advertiser goes down, I don't get paid. I'm going to PM you my email address, that is the best way me and you can stay in touch, and I can take care of you, as I know you are in Asia.

Keep an eye on your bank account, some YEP! money should be hitting it real soon.

Cheers bro and keep up the good work.

Honestly, this means a lot to me.

Thank you very much.

YEP! is not a huge network or anything, we don't have 4000 affiliates and 50 affiliate managers like everyone else but I like to believe we really know what we are doing and we offer the best personal service to affiliates. We really mean it .. no bullshit.

Hannah, thanks a lot for those words, I'm going to go next door soon to talk to Jamie and make sure we are giving you the best, we'll be in touch.

Thanks again.

IQ is perfect for 13-18 year olds. The younger college kids are in the demographic for sure but high school demo is key.

That's totally alright. You guys have been absolutely amazing to deal with, especially considering I am a very small affiliate (so far!).

Jaime is definitely giving me the best service I could ask for!
