Chris - this is a great job you've done. A few of the things that popped in to my mind were stuff that was already pointed out to you. Here are a couple of additional thoughts:
1) Remove the CPM prices from the presentation. You can negotiate CPMs with your advertisers during your pitch and close them then. What if they were willing to pay more? And if they were initially thinking less, it might turn them off of advertising with you even though you could negotiate them higher during the pitch.
2) Your font sizes are great but there is no space between your bullets - i.e. your line height allows for no white space. I would suggest either inserting a blank line that is 8pt high (just insert a space between the bullets and change the font size of the space to 8pt or even 6pt) or try bolding the key words in the bullet point to make them stand out.
One last thing I would note is to never, ever use this as a live sales presentation piece. This is great printed material but there is far too much "wall of text" action going on to be used as a presentation. If you intend on using it as a PPT I would pass along
Guy Kawasaki's 10/20/30 rule for reference
Another suggestion I would have is to go directly after advertisers that are already advertising in the space. Look at your competitors, Google Adwords, whatever else and find out who is buying your demographic and call up their advertising departments.
Also - don't forget that your site is a fantastic place for employers to start grooming potential applicants, and also for colleges/universities to advertise to gain new students. Either of those might be a nice revenue stream.
Great job!
