Revenge - Absolutely Fucking SoupTastic

A crime is a crime. There's a difference between justice and revenge. Personally, I go for justice. If someone tries to commit a crime against you, then they should be punished, not only to learn a lesson, but to serve as an example against others contemplating the same thing.

I 100% agree, but let me ask you this, you go to court and for some technicality you lose. Has justice been served?

This.

Revenge sounds irrational, emotionally driven, and maybe even stupid. Justice, on the other hand, rights a legitimate wrong.

That being said, you were screwed out of several thousand dollars, and you were right to get an attorney. If your attorney does his job, you should get your revenge AND your justice. Good luck bro.

For revenge, why not just pull off a funny but harmless prank, that both of you will never forget. try the halloween trick or treat or april fools prank ideas.

Turns out I was too late.

The Attorney General shut down his main company (the loan modification company) last night.

Looks like screwing over countless people caught up to him, we're going to drive by on the way to the mall today to take a look in person.

Karma always wins.

There was a similar thread a while back that ended up with similar results (namely the asshole in question got a big "fuck you" from God before the poster could even do anything).

That's why you shouldn't bother wasting your valuable time and positive energy trying to screw someone back. By all means go after your money, but if that's not possible just focus on improving your own life. They'll get theirs eventually.

Will you lend me $50K? I promise to pay you back :)

Seriously, if someone stiffed me for $50K I would literally destroy them. And when I say literally I mean literally.

Dude if you live your life allowing people to fuck you over without retribution you will end up with nothing cause there is always someone out there who is going to take anything of value (including your woman). You need to grow some balls and kick some ass.

you dont wanna know who the other party is, almost impossible to fuck around with. thats why i didnt pursue it further, if it was against a smaller firm or an individual, I could have gone all in

I've been screwed over BIG TIME and the revenge seeking mentality is actually its own form of punishment. You don't want that energy running in your mental circuit. It invariably poisons other areas of life. Been there and seen it! Beside, sounds like this guy is going to be lunch meat for all the other shit he did.

$200? I'd forget about it. While you're throwing back drinks with little umbrellas, that clown is going to be biting a pillow begging for a reach-around.

No, I think it'll hurt his business if I get the IRS, department of labor and attorney General's office to take a look at everything else he's doing below board.

I'm done discussing it. I already hired an attorney today. NOW, I'm letting this waste my time.

they care about as much as his shady mortagage/debt/prepaid legal/loan mod shop with 50 ex cons manning the phones in cheap suits as the FTC does about some guy in Australia pushing 4 continuity leads through a farticle daily.

Read: not at all.

Don't kid yourself otherwise.

I did the site only cause I knew the chance of him getting to me legally or through hands on retribution was slim at best. If I lived in the same country I'd be hesitant to put myself in a position where I could be done for libel or have the crap beaten out of me.

It was fun though.

Yeah I remember when that was going down you offered to host the site. The guy didn't seem tough though haha. That design was awesome, too bad its not up anymore.

But yeah I don't know the law when it comes to registering a domain under someone's name and putting up information about them that could hurt their reputation.

You couldn't be more wrong, don't kid yourself otherwise.

Considering they shut down his shop last night I'm pretty sure they care. They make examples out of companies like that.

Also, the amount was FAR more than $200. $200 is just what brings it from nothing to criminal.

I'm still suing the guy, I just don't have to try and get the AG to look his way at his mortgage biz since it's

gone...

Somebody caused me significant trouble. He makes bold false claim about one of my domain linking to his site.

Yet when he talked nice I forgave him. I think that's stupid.

Making a mistake is excusable. Making a mistake and without evidence believe in the mistake (i.e. faith) is a strategy.

I should have set that up as samples of those causing me significant troubles.

Teggy, go take your meds- that was even more convoluted than usual.

I'm worried about you, bro.

And where's that picture? C'mon, quit hiding...

You don't know what I went through. I have to go the extra mile changing my registrar costing me $1800 in fee I should have paid next year instead. And then that asshole diplomatically said (privately, why not publicly) that I "may" not link to his site deliberately. I didn't at all.

Looks like he knew that he is wrong. He just use various tricks. That's why he deliberately pm my friend privately rather than publicly. Because if that vermin speak publicly everybody will know how ridiculous his claim is.

All environmentalists will be exterminated.
