to answer your question, i try to keep the OBLs down on the page, for the simple fact that keeping a list with high OBLs slows down my process.
i do *most* of the scraping myself, so a lot of these don't have any spam on it at all.

Speed: The work was done in a matter of hours. I had an issue with my email which meant I didn't know the report was sent which led to a small delay. It was not OPs fault. The report was sent in just a few hours and believe it or not for this type of service that is one blazing fast turnaround time. Honestly, this guy is fast! Extremely incredibly fast.
Quality: I received exactly what I was told AND MORE. OP over delivered like an insane baws. I got a shitload of extra quality trackbacks and this is just great. I randomly checked a few and they all are good. With such an over delivery I'm wondering why OP is still offering this at this price.
Communication: Top notch. Even when I had answers he would reply in a matter of seconds to minutes- its crazy. This guy knows what he is doing and be does it very well. If you ever had an issue with him I guarantee he will help you out within no time.
Overall this is a powerful and cheap service from a reputable and great seller! 11/10!
