Actually, you know what. You can let someone else have it. I know you're shit is dialed in and proper! Shawnhag isn't any "Johnny Come Lately" when it comes to this stuff. And to be honest, these trackbacks do exactly what he outlined... Add anchor diversity which is huge right now, it's a no brainer! Good luck with the BST!

actually yes, not on a huge level but I've blasted a few ten thousand at 2 flogs here and there (no velocity I could pinpoint) and have seen a boost. I'm not going to rave about how it changed my life etc but they do work if you are consistent with them, and have good anchor text variation.
i have a few more things in the works right now as far as testing so i will keep you abreast.
