I ordered "Pack1 : 15 links PR5 to PR6 just in 7$" yesterday. Here's my review.

Pros:
- Delivered in 20 hours.
- 11 on PR5 and 4 on PR6. PR is confirmed on the URL, not the domain.
- All found links are dofollow.

Cons:
- Most pages have a lot of comments (and outgoing links). The average number of outbound links is 150. The median is 105. This is somewhat expected, so not a big issue.
- 15 backlinks were delivered, but Scrapebox only confirms 11. Update: A day later, only 7 of the 15 links are still up.
- 10 different domains were used, so there are some duplicates.

I'm not going to complain though because it's cheap. All in all a good service for just $7.

I received a report with 108 baclinks. Almost all links is alive (103).
PR from pages 3-6, and one page was pr 2.
Some pages have been with a lot of outbound links (OBL > 100), but average OBL is good for my purposes.
So I am very satisfied with this service for my 15$ bucks. Recomended.
