Hey, ChrisS, i think your site looks fine, though here are a couple of things you might like to do:
Change your css so that an unordered list displays the: /images/site_graphics/bullet.gif
then make your part where it says pick a ctagory an unordered list....that will show the SEs that it is important stuff.....
YOur opening paragraph needs to capture more attention. The best line in it was the last sentence. move it around a bit, something like this:
Find the largest collection of flower arranging lessons and projects on the internet.
