I am curious about out of the 500 links that point back to the site how many will yahoo index on average. My biggest problem yet has been gettin the search engines to even show that I have recieved links. Thanks for the response.

From my experience, YSE is a very bad indicator of your backlinks. Sometimes it seems like they are a month or two behind. What is more important to track is your SERP movement.
