Erik,

I've tried to get in touch with you in every other way I can (email, phone, Skype, etc.) and I can't get you to respond.

You said you'd pay me a refund because after paying over $600 (in August), you only delivered 3 of the 10 deliverables. Can you please contact me so we can setup the refund?

Thanks

I'm not the only one. I managed to get him to give me 8/10 delivered, but it's taken 3 months so far. It's fucking ridiculous.

REVIEW

Got my review copy of the Basic Distribution package and tangy delivered on exactly what he mentioned in his sales pitch.

The actual PR writing quality is excellent, wouldn't expect anything less from tangy. So far I have 47 indexed results in Google for my PR.

However, I would like to mention, the basic package is... basic. Most of basic PR sites do not allow linking URLs. So basically the content was only syndicated.

I would highly recommend you purchase tangy's SEO or higher packages to actually get the SERP benefits.

It is ridiculous.

Here's what you Erik promised in an email sent on October 10th when I requested a refund from an order that was made on August 26th.

Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund for this - our terms of service on the guest blog posts is a 60 day delivery window from invoice payment to get the posts filled. I've already lost money on this order due to the issues on our end but this and every outstanding order will get filled.

If we have posts outstanding at the October 26th mark that we still owe you on, we can discuss a refund of that portion of the order.

I contacted you on October 26th (and many times thereafter) stating that only 3 of the 10 guest posts had been completed and requested a refund for the other 7. (Keep in mind, I've called your phone, left you voicemails, sent emails, contacted on you Skype, PM'ed here, etc.)

Also, when I contacted you, I told you that the site those guest posts were for is no longer my client, i.e. they're of no value to me whatsoever. But, I still agreed to pay for whatever posts were completed by Oct. 26th. No more posts were written. YET, you added new posts on Nov. 5th..which again, I don't want/need...I'm sure, with the intention, of telling me you don't owe me a refund for those posts.

I'm not trying to ruin your thread. You've given me NO other choice and/or means to communicate with you.

What gives? What do you want me to do? It seems like you have a pretty good rep on here. Why waste it and why not just do what you agreed to do rather than try to get around paying a refund which you already promised would be paid for work you failed to complete by a deadline?

You have already been refunded. Perhaps if you checked your email, you'd see that... as you would have if you logged into Skype.

Guess I'm not the only one who's too busy to notice every email in the inbox, eh?
