PR6 SiteWide Blogroll Very Low OBL

I find it kinda weird that every single page on your site is PR6, even the Privacy Policy and Contact Us pages. Since I'm no expert when it comes to PageRank, can somebody who knows this shit tell us if this is a real PR?
there are many tools to check the Pagerank , check the quality of backlinks 
its simple about the pages .. Only Homepage have PR 6 and other pages (Like contact us page and privacy policy page) have PR 5 because they are linked from all pages of website. And Internal pages have PR 4 also and few pages dont even have PR ..
