I run 5k every morning... just did the abs one for the first time and im fucked.

P90X is for people too stupid to put together a decent lifting program or monitor their own diets; doing these things yourself will get you much faster and more noticeable results.

Technically you could use P90x (from what I've seen so far as cardio) then do a 'proper' weights program aswel.

There's no right or wrong way to exercise just do it how you like..

Is being fit about having muscle mass? no it's about being healthy and having a BMI of around 22, if your burning more calories than you consume in a day then does it really matter that you don't spend an hour repping 220lbs of weights in the gym a day?

... You think BMI is an accurate measure of health and think staying at a caloric deficit long-term is "being healthy." Your opinion is invalid.

Eh. If you want nutshell look into John Berardi's 7 Habits, but it won't tell you why the things you eat do what they do, which can be an important part of the equation for some people, especially those interested in micromanaging their nutrition for the highest level of effectiveness.

According to "BMI" information, my weight should be 155 to be considered in the MIDDLE of the normal weight category.

I am 6'3" lol.
