Hello,

Coming off my recent large site flip profit, I decided to purchase a site in a totally different niche which i will be doing some PPC Arbitrage to soon in a couple days.

www.yogahelp.org

It already had the scripts setup for purchase of the ebook, and it already was coded and setup. Everything was ready to go, now its just about promo on it.

I paid $40.00 for it.

I am looking to make a couple hundred in adsense, and upon hitting 250 in adsense, I will look to sell the site for $500.00 or so.

This sound like a decent plan for this site you guys think? Think the site will be good for arbitrage? This will be the first site i try it out on, so I'm excited.

Oh yea, I'd think the site would be good for abridge. I've looked into doing a yoga one myself, living in an area where everyone does yoga. Be sure to use the keyword "Rolfing". When I looked it up a few weeks ago, it looked pretty good as far as cost and competition.

When you flip this site will you advertise it as making its money from PPC arbitrage? I'm curious if people discount that sort of income or not (it "sounds" like more work) when it comes to buying sites.

I am going to post ad shots, and let people know I had a campaign running at 7search.com but I will not openly just exploit myself as doing the PPC arbitrage, because some people will frown on that where I sell the sites at (stupid fuckers i know).

is the ebook creating much revenue for you? it would seem to me after running adsense sites and ebook sales sites you would make a quite a bit more off selling the ebook.

from looking at the dp thread it seems like it maybe difficult to flip in a few days - Did you get taken? Did you think you had an original ?

yea, I thought it was an origional. I already bought ads or I would have requested a refund.

I will be using it as an arbitrage site now, and buying some .coms to "resell" the site for low price so I can make my origional investment back.

Robert - I would move the 160 x 480 ads on the left to the top of the left section - followed buy the navigation bellow it.

In the center I would ditch the image ad and stick a 480 x 15 text link right under the two images.

Then I would move your 336 x 280 ad box right under the Yoga thought:

Ads

Text

Then another 336 x 280 block or 480 skyscrap on the bottom.

I would also make a subdomain with losangelesyoga.yogahelp.com (and other major cities in the US) and throw up some popular yoga studios in the text and send ppc to those as well

thanks stanley.

DanNicol,

I tried placing the textlink ad under the pics like you said, but for some reason it wouldnt show up, so I just put a 468X60 ad on there. I have 3 ads, I took the one off the bottom left of the sidebar. looking for a good spot to put the ad in.

robert - looks good, you have 1 ad block left to use I would put back the 160 on the left navigation

ok, i was thinking of doing that. i was trying to figure out a different area, but, i think thatll be best. im gonna fix the rest of my pages to have this ad setup as well.

Also, do you think itd be a good idea to switch the images used on top of the ads on each page? this way, if people click diff. pages, they dont get used to the same images?

also - You may want to figure out the best keywords because you are pulling yoga ringtone ads (prob does not pay well) it in a H1 instead of the Welcome to YogaHelp.org -

example
fullfilling you innner peace

Yoga Certification
