What the fuck are you talking about? There was an uproar when Onstar changed their terms of service to say they could sell the data. Onstar never sold the data they collected before this ToS change.

Exactly what bullshit happened (and what contract has been violated)? Onstar changed their policy, told everyone that they changed their policy, and now as a consumer you are free to no longer use their product. That's how free market capitalism works, and a real libertarian would have no problem with that.

And what about the government collusion? You're pretending like that doesn't matter at all. It's not a free market. The government has huge interests in GM.

And what everyone here is saying is basically you aren't free to no longer use their products.
