You did not mention 2 important factors...

1- what is the minimum pr of the sites
2- are the sites indexed in google?

Tom didn't even ask me to write this, I just happen to see the thread so I'm hopping in.

I ordered 10 of these from his team about a month ago for a little side project of mine. Everything that I received is exactly as the offer is described. Hands off PBN creation. Domains were not spammed.

It's quite obvious that these are PBN's once they are built, but they are topically relevant, all indexed, and have good TF.
Recommended if this fits into your strategy.

Thanks for your interest.

1. Some of the sites we deliver will have PR, some may not. We don't look at it/keep it as a filter to use a domain, mainly because the public PR metric hasn't updated for ages now and those sites that show PR on toolbar may not be the current PR due to linkloss/link gains.

2. Of course the sites will be indexed when they reach you. If there are any issues with indexing, we're here to sort it out.
