If you want to slow things down start by posting up the offenders in the sticky's so I can take them down.

I too wanted to know about this and wanting from a long time for your response. Response to both the threads would a help for junior members like me, so that they can avoid gifting an unnecessary ban themselves.

Okay,

But is providing other services like social bookmarking, profile creation, press release submission, etc are also considered as rehash as well or can it be offered without taking your permission. To avoid getting the name of scammer I would take payment after the work is completed till I get good reputation. I would like to offer some services, but don't want to get banned, so bothering this thread again and again, but will not do so once get started.
