Anyone else been getting this same exact issue? Would be interesting to know!

Dre...YES! SAME shit here.

I don't know what the FUCK their problem is. I made a post (see above) a few weeks ago with this exact same issue.

Called them on the phone (I had an acct Rep since I did so much volume) and they basically told me that they are pushing affiliate marketers out...not in those words, but that's the deal. They want conservative local businesses, non profits and direct publishers. There's gotta be another way.

Yes. I've had this problem on a couple of accounts with 2k limits as well that have both spent well over 100k each.

Made no changes, used same payment method all along etc so nothing as far as I can see has changed at all.

Did you do anything that could have triggered this like add a new payment card?

FB is definitely up to something...

Both accounts I've had for 4+ months, always used the same debit card (name on debit card was same as FB account holder) it all matches up perfectly, nothing shady outside my affiliate workings.

Seems to me they are starting to push affiliates out.. sucks!

Fuck you, FB.

What type of verticals were you promoting ?

Have not run into this problem yet myself, but I have always kind of had the thought in the back of my head that facebook would one day go the same route as Adwords and concentrate on local businesses and direct advertisers.

Anybody else hear a similar story from an FB rep ?

Wondering this too. They seem to really fucking hate dating.

Not sure if this question was directed towards me or not.... But the last few months I wasn't even running any "verticals" per say... I was promoting my actual business website locally!

Another school of thought that I have, is that they redid their quality ratio of amount of times an ad was disapproved and looked at the account historically ans if it reached a certain limit...ban hammer.

Bottom line is I am very pissed off. I made a shit ton of money with facebook.

My personal theory with dating is that I don't think its the dating niche they have a problem with. Its the ads that n00bs try to upload 1000 times a minute. Just be careful not to even bother with any sort of suggestive imagery in your ads at all, seems they have a hate on for it big time.

I definitely agree with you, it seems they have made some changes recently. Into both there suggested bid algo and probably there ban threshold. I really hope they are not going the big G way and pushing out all affiliates. If as an affiliate we have read their TOS and follow there rules at the very least they should give us a chance to adapt to a new TOS before swining the ban hammer for ads that were created months if not years ago.

I've had 3 accounts banned within 3 weeks; All for no good reasons. All with small budgets, and all had dedicated ip's and payment accounts, names all matched. i used paypal for most of it though, and used my paypal to send the money. barely did much on any of them before getting shut down. i have 2 accounts running, both hooked to bank accounts instead of paypal, and i'm just trying to lay as low as possible lol, submitting as little ads as possible; just trying to stay off the radar, if at all possible. if it wasnt for this bullshit i could be so much further :/ i wish i got in earlier!

I've been saying this for awhile now. Every update Facebook does is geared towards branders/local business awhile pushing affiliates out. It's just a matter of time before Facebook takes the same stance as Google when it comes to affiliates.

There was an article posted awhile back that the person who was responsible for Google's advertising division had taken a position over at Facebook.

Of course.

They wouldn't be doing it if affiliates risk to profit ratio was worth it.

Branders have huge budgets and family safe campaigns whereas affiliates take a lot of management and are constant trouble when we push the boundaries of what's allowed.
