I was thinking about this a bit more from the legal aspect. So far all the talk is whether he's liable for content of user submissions with regard to harressment, bullying and sexual assault.
Isn't the OP always at a massive risk of being guilty of distributing child pornography. I mean, most the Facebook profile pictures linked from the posts are of people whose highschool graduation years would put them at 18 or 19. Given that this is an ex/boyfriend revenge site, chance are that a good deal of the photos are older, and with the overall number of submissions there would be a very real chance of someone being 16 or 17 at the time some of the photos were taken.
And if that's the case, wouldn't all it take to prove it be to contact the young men and women (very easy when he's linked to their Facebook pages), ask them to look up the metadata on the original versions of the photos, which being that most were taken with cell phones will almost certainly include the date. Match any photo to the date taken being before the girl/boy's 18th birthday, and you've got your proof. Seems like a very simple task for a prosecutor or motivated good samaritan
I'm far from a legal expert, so maybe I'm wrong on this. Anyone with a better understanding of the law have an opinion on this?
