So i finally get a email back (only took a week!), here's what fagoogle had to say:

As you know, we are committed to making the AdWords experience safe and
effective for our users and our advertisers. We disabled your AdWords
account after a careful review of your landing page quality evaluations
because we believe that advertising policy violations such as those
described in the email you received create a seriously negative or
possibly harmful user experience.
The decision to disable your AdWords account was not taken lightly, and we
appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Here's my follow up, I'm sure it won't get answered, but it made me feel better on the inside:
Thanks for the cookie cutter email helping explain nothing. It is absolutely rediculous you (google) can just completely shit on people who want to work with you. It would be just simply awesome if every business in the world treated their customers and users with the same "don't give a flying fuck about you" attitude as google has done to most legitimate businesses lately. I love seeing me + many other people getting banned because an automated system was rolled out and banned users based on certain filters. Don't try and tell me this was all done manually.
I was advertising an LEGITAMATE business, if anyone that did a "CAREFUL" (lol?) review of would have seen. I provided exactly what I advertised and bid on (qs was 10/10 on most words mind you). Again, if you even care, its *********.com. I have sold over 3,000 copies of my product with a 80% customer retention rate, as well as a 99% customer satisfaction rate. But alas, that careful review you did seemed to have missed that.
I know you may not be solely responsible for these blanket bannings that google has bestowed upon many of the legit customers, but I ask you actually take the time to look over my account again and re-consider the ban. If you want me to remove my site, even though it's legit, fine. Tell me that. Don't just send me an email saying my account has been banned for no reason. I'll remove my site from the account and stop advertising. Hell, even a non canned answer would be fan fucking tastic.
Sad thing was I was actually running a legit website with a legit product, no diet/rebills, no ecigs, etc.
