Had a look at the inner workings of this service and me likey. Not the typical "oh I want to start a BST to make some cash before the holidays" service. OP put some thought into it to make it into something unique.
 
So these are public web 2.0's ( meaning these arent domain you buy from Godaddy and setup up on something like buddypress and need to be hosted, right )?

I just wanted to make sure I was reading it right is all.

No spun or scraped content on tier 1. These are hand written.

Correct, these are public web 2.0 properties. Each order gets individually create with its own unique email & login per properties.
