You may want to seriously consider running a 50% discount for the first 1-3 months or maybe a buy-6-months-get-3-free kinda of deal. Lower margin, but higher volume. Once you've got them on like that, it's all good.
In terms of payment services, if you're going to do credit cards, people trust PayPal. They also trust well known banks. If you're doing PayPal though, seriously, get an account with another payment system and have it on standby, just in case PayPal screw you over. You don't want to lose a day of sales.

Another monetization idea: Merchandise
Liz Vicious does it, and it works nicely for her apparently (at least according to what she says on NN).
I'm thinking the following items are highly marketable:
  • Unique photos - Actual photos on good quality paper (350gsm stock like 'Artboard', varnished with fingerprint resistant coating). Polaroids might even have a bit of value to them as they're pretty special nowadays
  • Used underwear - Get the Japanese market good and proper
  • A tastefully done "art" book. Hardcover, full glossy insides. It also adds a bit of legitimacy to her career.
  • If she's got any artistic talents, a lot of the Suicide Girls sell art as well

Also, please give some serious thought to a WF discount, or a discount to the people on this thread at the very least. We've helped you out after all ;)

Oh I got a tip. A lot of entertainment/porn collector websites will put up a special vid or picture if you take one with like their name written on her or something. You can get a lot of free publicity that way.
 
Yes they are. I`ve got pics that are just straight up dick twitching. Editing now, and I will post some samples. Damn. Thanks for the tips we are definitely hitting up the social networks... that`s kind of my specialty along with SEO.

So far have 3 vids and 800 photos! Any recommendation on what script to run the site on for memberships...

The YouTube vlogging is an exceptionally good idea. Don't forget to watermark the shit out of every one. Make sure the thumbnails invite clicks and regularly post as a video response to popular videos. Keep active sharing on while browsing popular videos, and upload a sexy pic to the YouTube account (have to wait 48hrs after account activation) and then start befriending the big YouTubers (Smosh, LisaNova, etc) and leave them channel comments.
