Ok I have the model... stats are 5'9 D34, slim., swedish/german and very sexy. She will do anything I say...

I am thinking along the lines of Melissa Midwest type site... is there any chance I can gain a following if marketed correctly? I will make her do girl/girl, masturbation,etc.....

There sure is money to be made, get a bunch of pictures taken, make a gallery, giver her a [sexy] blog. Hell could open a small time cam service if she's willing. Load up your pages with adult affiliate offers.

Create a cheap member only video section - sell the peeps with teaser vids and slutty pictures.

Just have to keep it fresh constantly, like daily updates. Give your viewers a REASON to come back and they will!
 
How much money are we talking assuming it would do fairly well and I did everything right? I also planned on giving the girl 60% of profits, do you think that's too much?
 
It takes two to tango. I guess it depends how much work YOU do on it. People do come there to see her, but if your working just as much if not more than her you should consider more in your favor.
 
while you're coming up with what to do try to get her to vlog about shit on youtube, if shes that hot people should follow it while at the same time wishing to get a glimpse of her goodies - this way you could build up anticipation using youtube. then when you launch the site vlog about that too. just throwing it out there, something to keep busy with while you're planning and a different way to get some extra exposure?

yes, there's money in it...

I don't push solo girl sites personally, but from talking with people in the biz,the best solo girl sites are the ones with a good level of member interactivity, regular cam shows, etc...

there's a shitload of work involved it in tho... if you think it's as easy as hot chick + website = profit... well, then you're probably gonna fail... however, if you have a solid grasp of adult marketing and a decent traffic base already or the ability to generate a good bit of targeted traffic, you might make it...

starting an affiliate program might help a little too, but I wouldn't recommend it... at this stage in the game you can't rely on affiliate traffic for your income... you really need your own in-house traffic...

as an alternative... I believe lightspeed or one of other solo girl site peeps was paying a finder fee for girls they signed...
 
Melissa Midwest built a huge local following and pulled a lot of public crap that had the law and everyone looking at her. Smart PR move for her.
 
Hit Silvercash. They do a decent job with solo sites. Check out what they are doing with their Solo Girl Stuff. I've never tried to do well with Solo Girls, cause you like them or you don't. And it's way to easy to find 20 different free sets online. For example: I think everything Ashley Brookes has ever done is floating on the net publicly.

The sites that seem to be successful (AT least they are still around) work hard on personal interaction - webcam shows on a regular schedule, and the girls get out to the clubs around the country and promote themeselves.

Get yourself a myspace page and link up with the girls doing solo stuff - most of them are actually pretty decent to you if meet them. And sometimes they will reply to your personally if you ask the right questions.

Solo girl sites are not easy to run ...Let me get that out of the way first.

There is so much crap you have to deal with just on the model side alone like making sure the models come to work for the shoot, making sure they do not film hardcore on the side (or did in the past), Making sure there BF's are cool with things, Making sure they don't get caught up in drugs and wind up coming to shoots with tracks, Making sure your shooter isn’t boinking the model and the list goes on and on...

Now don't get me wrong - If you get the right girl, a great shooter and have a great editor you can produce a very good solo site.

As far as running the site, if you do right by your members, they will do right by you. Solo girl retention is extremely good as long as the models are actively doing updates on the sites and corresponding with members. You need to build a connection between the girl and the members.

*Piece of advice if you do go forward with this…
I do suggest you film at least 8-12 months worth of footage to keep on hand. If your 1 day decides she’s found G*d, you can still run the site without her.

This may sound really obvious, but seeing as no one's mentioned it yet, I thought I should.

Make sure she gets to larger public porn expos & conventions.

Where the fuck did he say he was exploiting anyone? She wants to make the site. And no matter how you cut it as far as profit sharing, it's supply and demand.
There are many MORE girls willing to take their clothes off than there are guys who can run a successful porn site.
