I got my report now.
The first report had been sent few days ago, one blog post was missing (deleted),
As soon as I told belikethat that, he promised that it will be fixed.
Finally, he did the whole work again, no extra change!
I think that is a great service and an honest man.

I went with the smallest package because I thought I would only need a handful of links to bump my rankings. I moved up 4 spots for one keyword moving me from the 2nd to 1st page and 3 spots for another moving me from the 2nd to 1st page as well. Quick service with obvious results. I just need to do some more building.
