The only possibility of this happening is he was being used as a shell/cover for the whole fraud & someone is paying him off for more than FB sued him not to rat & he is their puppet bitch. Being the only way he would rat on them if his ass faced Federal prision time.

Given all posts that you are continually publishing on a publicly available forum, which is doing fairly ok in terms of SERPS for your name, what do you expect the ultimate / final outcome to be?

I'd also like to ask, what do you think you should have done differently to avoid being caught?

One more question: If you had gotten away with it, how far do you think you would have taken it?

Yes and No. Tell that to someone stuck in the 2nd circuit who would be free in the 9th because of diff case law.
If I was him I would be keeping a low profile and praying no one picks up the case.

The sharing and telling has come to an end. I tried to be a bit more forthcoming with the explanations, and I'll leave things where they are. As I have said before, the extent of the situations surrounding the allegations are not clear cut, and there are many things at play. A criminal investigation will relieve everything. As some have pointed already, I'm best to keep shut from this point on, and I will be.

It will not get that far you will not make it to discovery. You will negotiate a guilty plea well before discovery. Pro-tip if you make them show discovery you lose the 3 point downward departure for accepting responsibility.
