My mom was definitely much more stressed out about the situation than anyone else. Overall, my family as a whole hasn't been affected. I've kept the details of the case myself, and tried to alienate everyone else out of my problems. This is my problem, and I didn't want anyone else to be negatively effected by it.
No affect whatsoever with my friends. I don't exactly pick all my friends from a church group or something, so I don't see how anything listed in the lawsuit would affect the minds of other 21-25 year olds. Well actually if you consider business relationships as friends, then yes, there was a definite change on that end. But it wasn't out of disgrace towards me, but to protect themselves due to any history we share. Even so, in the past 24 hours many of my business contacts that were gone for the past year, they began to reach out to me again, and relationships are being mended.
You may call it a handout poopie, but with many things on WickedFire, you're not in the position to judge. I've been with the crew here for the last 7 years, they have seen my own personal ups and downs, they've seen my character changes over the years, and the good with the bad. If you check my main account, you'll see that several times over the years, I donated to various WF members. Probably a couple thousand altogether in combination. A community is about giving and taking, and that was my time to give a bit, and now, if some members feel that they want to throw a few coins in, I'm not going to stop them. The lawsuit was expensive, I have a hefty FB bill coming up, I have to pay taxes in a few months; so I'm not going to turn down a few extra bills to help preserve my ego.

Martin, if you had less than $340,000 in assets (clearly you had significantly less than that since you are struggling just to pay your taxes and are talking about donations) why did you buy an Audi R8 in cash?
Once again poopie, you barely know anything. Check my old account, back when I was AM, I shared some of my campaigns and earnings on here. I've shown screenshots were I was making a steady $5k-$10k per day for months in profit on my campaigns. I've had a network owner once vouch that I was one of their biggest performers. You're oblivious if you think that anything I did with Facebook was substantial to my bottom line. Look at the toys I've purchased, the capital I had available for trading, the taxes I would have to pay off all that, and look at what FB is claiming. The numbers won't match up. At the end of the day, FB was a non factor. I'm not even going to touch the same claim you keep saying that I ripped FB off, because I didn't.
The capital? In 2013 your TOS account net liq put you on PDT. You stole $340K from FB and pissed it on trading (gambling) and ladyboys. So pray-tell... Why you broke?

There was no evidence submitted by Facebook. There were allegations, there was a default judgement. That's how things played out. There are bigger things in play in this world poopie that are way over your head. You're too near sighted and would have acted on impulse if you were in my shoes.
