That would be pretty crazy if he does end up in prison over this. It's totally justified but it's also a pretty scary realization. I'm pretty sure he'll be incarcerated in some form. I believe FB always wanted a criminal charge. They thought it would happen faster... but FB will get their publicity whenever it is available.
I mean, really... we mostly all think this, right? This will end similar to people who fuck with the criminal justice system in such a way. He made it take longer for a resolution, but he'll get more time in the end. No?
