Mgrunin has always made money fucking people over, but no one close to him told him to be careful because all his "friends" were on the internet. It's finally caught up to him.
I share my business projects and ideas with my friends and family (of course, choose carefully which people you share your ideas with. some will say yes to everything you propose, and others don't understand anything business-related. don't listen to those people). When they say that what I'm doing won't work or is fucked up (as in borderline scam), then I listen to them.
Almost always, they are right, and they save me a lot of time and effort from going into pointless projects.

I would have thought that judgement would be apart of a different law suit to be settled either concurrently or afterward.
