funny is grunin's ego is so huge he is reading all this shit and still thinks he has a chance at beating this so he can make some long ass post in here how we are all wrong and idiot assholes.
And then His Excellency King Grunin is hoping he can sue the entire thread for libel in his own private court if that's what it comes down to. Maybe if His Royal Highness is in a good mood after this entire misunderstanding is cleared up, he'll give all of us a Royal Pardon.
How badly do we need an interview with this guy right now? Seriously, that affadavit was right out of this world. Only someone severely high on hallucinogens could possibly believe they stand a chance in court at this point
I think we should crowdfund a pot of money to pay Grunin in return for an interview.
Grunin gets a bit of $ to help pay his legal bills (maybe hire an actual non retard real lawyer) and we get an interview with the king.

But I'm a little perplexed. I know Martin is 22 and everything, but from all accounts he has been living in Dad's basement through all of this. Where is his family? Where is his girlfriend? Where are his friends?
Why have none of these people smacked him upside his head and taken him to an actual attorney. I can't believe that everyone in his life is this delusional, nor can I believe that someone — who needed so much attention from we anonymous strangers — would turn down the attention of others trying to talk some sense into him. Seems like he'd be eating that shit up.

I am 1001% positive that he doesn't know what solipsism is. So I'm going with he's basing his defense on a combination of fantasy and willful ignorance.

My family and friends would beat the hell out of his "lawyer in fact" on- and offline. And they would for sure be present in the court too.
When you are a grown man, it is no one's responsibility but your own.
Why would your family and friends be involved in your case? Unless his dad is paying Costello's invoices-in-fact or being called as a witness then neither he or any other family or friends have any involvement in the case.
He's 22 not 15. He's a legal adult and it was his sole responsibility to handle this situation. He made the decision to commit fraud, and he also made the decision to bring Costello into this mess.
The fact that he decided to go full potato x infinity is all on him.
So, when your friend is going to ruin his life you say "hey, this is shit but hey, you are a grown man. Come on, lets have a line and call some bitches."
My "real" friends would do nearly everything to help me. My family would do everything to help me.
I can't help you with your family but try to find some real friends. Its worth the effort.
If you don't try to help a friend who did a mistake by the argument "you are grown up its your shit" then you are not a friend.
In fact that is one of the points which shows who is a friend.
