What the fuck... I had that wikipedia page open 2 days ago. Stalker. How many people could honestly be looking at bareboat charters? (sounds gay huh)

I'm looking at renting a "bareboat" in baja and sailing to the various uninhabited islands along the coast in the gulf of california.

Well Done mgrunin, I applaud you! Once this pilot episode airs I'm certain your new reality TV show will be a smash hit. (I'm not a fan of it myself, but it IS Huge - and I'll certainly be watching this episode). Please let us know the air date.

Basically Martin/Brian sent in a "Notice and Demand" for whatever.. Could be a demand to settle, pay them monies, or whatever they want.

Usually the notice gives 10 business days for a response, "yes", "no", or to respond to claims/arguments.

Brian's playing on the fact that they are not being reasonably active in responding. (Which in return, he'll try to use it as means to dismiss the case all-together, *assuming that holds up; tough to do.)

As basic as I can explain it..

I'm actually getting ready to send one of those in for traffic tickets, lol.

Going full Brian Castello on my own case to determine first hand the results.

If the city wants me to pay $200 in idiotic road laws, I'll make them spend a considerable amount of time dealing with me first..
