Hey, maybe he's going for an insanity plea - he's going to outplay us all!
I have undeniable proof that I was not responsible for it. That it was not ME. Facebook can subpoena every one of my records, and they will also come to realization that I am not responsible for it. I would love to explain all the details here but it wouldn't be wise and it would also be met with too much skepticism for now. If Facebook asks kindly enough then I can dig up the name of the person that used me as a scapegoat.
If you read the judges reviews online from past cases he's a complete dick, his younger brother's in the supreme court and he isn't, and he's resentful.

Yup...Martin Grunin is our teacher...
Teachers are supposed to teach what to do but Martin, the teacher, will teach us what NOT to do.![]()
I can assure you this is not the case.however it seems a lot more likely that facebook will get insulted and pursue the maximum penalty possible.
Sending a check is an error in its own, if it came from him. If they do get judgement they now have an account to levy by simply sending a letter. Further more they can petition the bank for any assets. So say if he has an auto loan through them they can seize any assets, savings accounts, whatever is owned by his person.
Hopefully it was sent from his Infact Guy's account.
Judges can and will use prejudice in cases. They already made some other judge take on the case now they are just mocking him and wasting his time. Remember in the end, he is the one decides what the penalties and restitution is.
Grunnin I always liked you. Sad to see this guy getting you slapped in face. Or more like hit by a semi truck.
The routing number on the check, 063100277, is BoA's FL routing number which would mean it probably is from his legal dream team.
You guys need really a reset from that double dick picture.
Let me help you with some tits and a single dick.

See? The double dick picture magically vanished out of your brain.
I bet Martin is F5ing this thread along with the rest of us. He really loves the attention.
In my 16+ years of being an internet addict, I have never used that F5 key to refresh a page. wtf
Wouldn't it have been smarter to send a $15,000 cheque, at least then there is some small possibility that FB could feasibly accept it. Also it shows willingness to take the matter seriously rather than mocking the judge with an obviously ridiculous $250 cheque.
