These people promoting this kind of defense can be really dangerous. They are telling people that could be in actual real criminal aka jail time danger to go by a defense which he has no proof of working. Can these guys even show one case in which this shit works? Not some consumer credit repair stuff. Just crazy to think this shit would fly in a court. Its like a Flog "1 Simple way to get out of Jail". The old saying goes if it sounds too good to be true.

ok, i'm a bit confused. so his video claims he weaseled out of the speeding ticket with his bs tactics. But he couldnt weasel out of this afterall and wound up paying 100 bucks and there was some jailtime or community service time involved? - says "Credit Time Served".

I'd be careful about posting that story on a public forum man; Facebook's lawyers might come repo your dog if Martin is as broke as it seems he is.
